Everything you've been wondering about the Sprint — answered.

The Story Frame Sprint starts March 9th.

Before it does, I want to answer every question I've been getting.

Here's what the Sprint is: a four-day live workshop where you write one complete, polished memoir story and outline your full 30-chapter memoir — in four hours total, one hour each day.

Here's what it isn't: a course you'll half-finish, a PDF you'll forget about, or a room of fifty people where nobody gets real feedback.

Let's get into it.

Where and when?

The Story Frame Sprint runs March 9th–12th at 9 am PST online. One live session per day, one hour each.

Day 1: Story Frame Foundation
Day 2: Building Your Complete Story
Day 3: Editorial Excellence
Day 4: Your Memoir Roadmap
There's an optional Day 5 — Memoir Café — on March 13th. More on that below.

How does it work?

Every session is live and guided. Each session includes a structured writing block, so you leave every day with actual pages, not notes.

Does it include the recording?

Yes. All four sessions are recorded, and you'll have lifetime access — so if life happens and you miss a day, you won't lose the work.

How much time do I need?

Four hours total. One hour per day for four days. That's it. I built this for people with full-time jobs, kids, and zero margin for anything that doesn't deliver something real at the end.

Do I need to be a writer?

No. I built the Story Frame for people who have never written a memoir, don't have formal writing training, and aren't sure their life is interesting enough to justify one. You bring the memories. The structure does the heavy lifting.

Will this work for my story?

Yes. The Story Frame works for any life story — the dramatic ones, the quiet ones, the ones you're not sure count. I've used it for essays about my daughters, my corporate sales job, my Colombian family, and a particularly embarrassing incident involving a motorcycle mishap in Tulum. Ordinary moments are the whole point.

What's the investment?

$297.

That includes all four live sessions, guided writing, live feedback from me, peer feedback from your cohort, notes, worksheets, the 30-chapter outline template, and lifetime access to all recordings.

Is there a guarantee?

If you show up, do the work, and don't walk away with a finished story and a complete memoir outline, email me and I'll make it right. Simple as that.

How do I get a spot?

Happy telling!

I Spent College Pretending I Hadn't Read The Alchemist. But That Book Taught Me Everything About Finding My Voice.
I spent most of college pretending I hadn't read The Alchemist. I was surrounded by engineers — sharp, serious people who, if they read at all, read the heavy stuff. The stuff you don't feel embarrassed to say out loud. Dostoevsky. Camus. Moliére. You know, the fartsy fancy stuff of high literary circles. The kind of books you could leave spine-out on a desk, and people would think you were sm...
I Almost Did Drugs to Keep Track of My Writing Ideas. Then I Had a Midlife Crisis Instead.
I Almost Did Drugs to Keep Track of My Writing Ideas. Then I Had a Midlife Crisis Instead. Maybe you are one of those writers obsessed with a single topic. That's all they ever want to write — one genre revolving around a central theme. Some of my favorite writers do this. Some of my friends do this, too. If that's you, maybe this is not for you. What I'm about to talk about is for the writer...
I Have Evidence. And When They Have Kids, I'm Using It.
Before my youngest could walk, she had already figured out the door. My youngest learned to run before she could run. We always knew she was full of energy. And it was clearest whenever I was about to leave the house with her sister. She would kick very hard in her bouncy. I couldn't wait to bring her with me on "adventures," which is what I call going with my daughters to run errands. Now I t...
